* Early registrations will be accepted through July 2004. In order to receive the "early registration" rate, payment must be received by August 15, 2004. If we receive payment after August 15, your registration will be treated as a late registration, and you will be expected to pay the late registration fee of $350.

* * In order to be able to register as a student, the student must mail/fax a letter from the department head attesting to his/her full-time status. However, student registration fee will not be permitted in case the student is a speaker, unless at least one of the authors of the paper have registered at the regular rate of $295.
